Old Stone Church in paintings and photos

WEST BOYLSTON — On April 5, the West Boylston Bicentennial celebration will continue with a self-guided tour of the Old Stone Church, the Masonic Temple and the Bigelow Tavern.

The tour begins at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Old Stone Church, where a Department of Conservation and Recreation ranger will give a presentation and answer questions.

From there, the tour goes to the Masonic Temple (formerly the Baptist Church) on Church Street, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., where Mason Roger Hall will give a tour and a talk. Artifacts from the Old Stone Church will be on display there
.

There will also be an art exhibit featuring photographs and paintings of the Old Stone Church taken by local photographers.

While adults are looking at the paintings, there will pictures of the Old Stone Church and the Bicentennial Logo to color for children.

Some of the art work will be for sale.
