bicentennial celebration, Ellen Philbin,
acting on behalf of the Bicentennial
Committee which is sponsoring the
affair, has arranged for the Senior
citizens to meet with the class of 2009
for a free lunch.
On June 5 at 12:15

luncheon for the senior citizens of West
Boylston at the high school. The menu,
coordinated by Karen Hanafan of the
school food service, will include
boneless chicken and other picnic foods.
Each of the senior citizens will be
paired with a member of the class of
2009. They will sit together during
lunch.. Following the luncheon, the
students will escort the seniors to the
auditorium where the elementary school
children under the leadership of Sally
Holden and Sandy Ivens will be putting
on a performance of the play “Our Town
Our World”, an adaptation done
especially for the town’s bicentennial.
