Old Stone
Church in Paintings and Photos
On April 5 the West Boylston
Bicentennial celebration will continue
with a self-guided tour of the Old Stone
Church, the Masonic Temple and the
Bigelow Tavern. The tour begins at
11:00AM-12:00PM at the Old Stone Church
where a ranger will give a talk and
answer questions. From there, the tour
goes to the Masonic Temple (formerly the
Baptist Church) on Church Street from
11:30-1:00 PM where a Mason Roger Hall
will give a tour and a talk. Artifacts
from the Old Stone Church will be on
display there.
There will also be an art exhibit
featuring photographs and paintings of
the Old Stone Church by local folks.
While adults are looking at the
paintings, there will pictures of the
Old Stone Church and the Bicentennial
Logo to color. Some of the art work will
be for sale.
