CALL FOR ARTISTS
The Arts Festival is an outdoor all-day event and opportunity for artisans to display and sell their fine art and craftwork.

Exhibit Booths: Each booth space is 10’ X 10’; a larger 10’ X 20’ booth may be reserved by registering for two adjacent spaces. The fee for each Exhibitor booth space (10’X10’) is $40. Exhibitor booth tents are not provided, but are recommended.

Tables & Chairs: A limited number of 8 ft. tables are available to rent on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tables must be reserved at the time of registration. Chairs must be supplied by exhibitors.

Electricity & Water: will not be provided by the Festival.

Set-up/Breakdown: Set-up will begin at 8:00 a.m. Breakdown will begin after 4:00 p.m. No vehicles will be allowed in the festival area for breakdown before 4:00 p.m.

Registration & Exhibition Rules
Selection: Exhibitors for sales will be selected by a panel of art professionals. Items must be fine arts and crafts. Artists will be notified within 30 days of receipt of their application if selected or not.

Photos: Each application shall be accompanied by 3 photos with an item description. Photos should be of work to be sold or typical of artist’s work.

Auction: A fund-raising auction to benefit The West Boylston Arts Foundation, Inc. (WBAF) will be held in the early evening. Please note on the registration form if you would like to donate an item for the auction and describe the item to be donated. A photo of the item would be helpful. Items donated for auction will be exhibited to the public in an Auction Gallery Exhibit.

Registration & Deadline: Registration may be made by submitting the accompanying, completed application and payment by postal mail. The Application deadline for Registration receipts is August 8, 2008. Applications received after an August 8 postmark may be considered as space availability warrants.

Payment: The Registration Fee for sale(s) booths must be submitted with the Registration Form, to be paid by check. If not selected, the Registration Fee will be returned within 45 days of receipt of application and check.

Cancellation:
Cancellation by August 8 – 50% refund
Cancellation after August 8 – no refund

 All proceeds will be used to fund & support Arts Education programs for the West Boylston Schools.

 Demonstrations:  If you would like to conduct a demonstration or workshop of your talents, please check and describe on the Registration form.  Artists may keep their workshop proceeds.  You will be contacted for additional details.
